You can place an order directly on our website. You can also contact our customer service who will be happy to help you order your perfect jacket. Your payments are made via a secured gateway.

After you have placed your order, you will receive an automatic email from us confirming your order with your order details and your invoice. As soon as your jacket has been shipped, you will receive a second email with the track and trace link.

Payment can be made using a wide variety of debit and credit cards. Payment via iDEAL and PayPal are also an option.

Yes. Our website has up-to-date security systems designed to help you shop safely. Your payment details and information are never saved and your payments are 100% secured, powered by STRIPE Payments.

Have you changed your mind? If your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it via our customer service info@cycasdor.com. Simply state your order number. However, if you would like to return or exchange your order, please see our Exchanges and Returns section.

On each of our product page, there is a size guide available to guide you in ordering the right size.
